App keeps asking to update but it won't update. Irritating!!
The app is asking me to update, then takes me to the plystore where I have uninstalled then installed the new app. But then when I open the new app it's asking me to update again. I no longer have app access. Please advise 🙏

Cant update the app and I've tried to get a paper password for my account which also doesn't work which if you try 3 times locks you out and you have to ring up and they take weeks to resend
